Fresh supply of property means more house removals in Sheffield

According to most recent figures there is more new build houses coming to the market now than there has been at any point since the credit crunch in 2008. Luckily, this could mean a higher demand for house removals in Sheffield as the region finds itself amongst those with the biggest increase in property.

Even more encouragingly the most common types of property that were coming up for sale were those with two bedrooms or fewer. Other factors likely to inspire house removals in Sheffield include the governments Help to Buy scheme and lower mortgage interest rates.

Demand continues to push up house prices

Despite this encouragement for first time buyers property prices have continued to rise to record levels in February. The average cost of a house in England and Wales now sites at £299,287, which is higher than the previous record in October 2015. The reason for this increase is that demand for houses is also higher than ever, with visits up 20% from last year.
